As a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT) with specialized training in trauma recovery, Spinal Energetics and Breathwork, I offer a safe and compassionate approach for clients of all backgrounds to reconnect with themselves. Together, we'll work to uncover what your body needs to thrive.
