Imagine a therapy that helps you find relief, balance, and a sense of calm - all through the power of touch. What can I expect from a Reflexology Session?
Step into a calm and welcoming space designed for your ultimate relaxation.
For Foot Reflexology, you'll settle onto a cozy, heated massage table with soft lighting and calming music setting the tone. Simply remove your shoes and socks, and let the gentle, therapeutic touch work to restore balance and ease tension.
During Facial Reflexology, the treatment extends beyond your face to include your neck and shoulders for deeper relaxation. I recommend wearing a tank top to allow access to these areas. You'll have complete privacy to remove your sweater or shirt before slipping under the blankets, where you'll feel warm and secure.
Many clients find the experience so soothing that they drift off to sleep - this is completely normal and welcomed. Your relaxation is my priority, and feeling that deeply at ease is a sign the treatment is working.

Take this time to let go and allow your body to restore itself naturally.
