What can I expect from a Breathwork session?
In a breathwork session, you’ll be guided through specific breathing patterns tailored to your needs. Sessions begin with a grounding exercise and an explanation of the process to help you feel comfortable and safe. As you follow the guided breathwork, you may experience physical sensations like tingling in your hands and feet or throughout your body, a sense of lightness and a feeling of warmth or coolness, Emotional release, or a deep sense of relaxation are also very common. These sensations are completely normal and often indicate the release of stored tension or energy. They may feel unfamiliar at first, but they are a sign that your body is responding to the Breathwork and opening up to deeper healing.
Each session concludes with time to reflect, integrate the experience, and leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and connected to yourself.
