What can I expect from a Reflexology Session?
Your reflexology treatment will be delivered to you as you relax on the cozy and heated massage table. The lights are lowered and gentle and calming relaxation music is played. You will only need to remove shoes and socks to receive foot reflexology.
Your Facial Reflexology treatment is not limited to your face but will be extended down the length of your neck. I encourage my clients to wear a tank top so that their neck and shoulders are accessible. You will be given the privacy to remove your shirt/sweater before getting under the blankets.
Many people become so relaxed that they drift off to sleep. Please don’t worry if you feel yourself nodding off - I take it
as a compliment!
