Reflexology is a non-invasive, complementary holistic therapy which activates the body’s own natural healing abilities and seeks to bring all body systems into balance. Pressure techniques will be used to soothe or stimulate reflex points on the feet, face, or ears. The pressure points correspond to the body’s structures, tissues, organs, or glands. During the treatment, a reflexologist is able to identify and restore any areas of imbalance within the body and bring well-being to the client.
Here are some benefits of receiving reflexology:
  • Relieves tension, reduces mental stress & anxiety

  • Boosts your immune system

  • Improves the circulation of blood and lymph throughout the body

  • Improves the quality of your sleep

  • Encourages the elimination of waste products and toxins and soothes the digestive system

  • Helps you to cope with your illness by restoring your health and vitality

  • Helps to release serotonin – a neurotransmitter which is the key hormone that stabilizes our mood, feelings of well-being and happiness

  • Helps to release endorphins – a neurotransmitters which reduces pain and promotes an overall sense of well-being.

  • May help with fertility problems by balancing the hormone production and promoting health and vitality of the reproductive organs.

Facial Reflexology

Facial Reflexology is a non-invasive treatment that works on the same principles of traditional foot and ear reflexology while using natural face-lifting techniques with anti-aging properties.

Facial Reflexology will enhance your complexion through sculpting and lifting your facial muscles which takes place during the treatment. You are likely going to notice more vibrant skin from your very first appointment!

Facial Reflexology may also induce a deep state of relaxation due to the proximity of the facial reflex points to the brain and the central nervous system.

While I have trained with various Facial Reflexologists, I now specialize in “Dien Chan Zone (DCZ) Multireflexology” as well as the “Bergman Method” and “Zone Face Lift” by Ziggie Bergman.

Here are some benefits of receiving facial reflexology:
  • Promotes general relaxation, reduces mental stress & anxiety

  • Stimulates the production of collagen and elastin and improves the appearance of the skin

  • Improves blood and lymph flow and releases muscle tension

  • Unblocks sinuses

  • Boosts the immune system

  • Helps to alleviate headaches, migraines and/or TMJ disorders

  • May be used in stroke rehabilitation and to alleviate the effects on the face of Bell’s Palsy

Ear Reflexology & Ear Seeding

Ear Reflexology is also known as Auricular Therapy. It combines the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine points and Reflexology points to generate a relaxing and therapeutic effect on the entire body.

Ear Seeding is the practice of applying tiny seeds to carefully selected reflex points on the ear with adhesive tape. Ear Seeds are the perfect way to enhance the effects of your regular Reflexology treatments or as a unique add-on to a Facial and/or Foot Reflexology Treatment.

Your ear reflexology session is always combined with Ear Seeding as a very effective way of extending the benefits of your treatment for another 3-6 days.

Here are some benefits of receiving ear reflexology:
  • Relieve back pain, neck pain, and assist with pain management in other areas.

  • Improves the quality of your sleep

  • Support for mental & emotional issues - Weight Loss, The Release of Addictions, Stress & Anxiety

  • Support for Fertility Reflexology Protocols

  • Improved Brain Function & Mental Focus

  • Encourages better circulation of the blood and lymph through the body whilst stimulating the flow of vital life force energy
